News Archives

Well today I'm going to start with the bad news. You remember that lovely sun I was talking about a few days ago? Well it recently decided that it's had enough of burning me to a crisp and has decided to sling it's hook, giving way to a colossal amount of precipitation (he means it's raining - Ed).

The only rays of sunshine to be seen then, are the new features I'm happy to introduce to you today.

If your reading this text (which I hope you are else I'm talking to myself) then congratulations you've already found one of the new features. Basically we've added the ability to crop down news posts. This means that the 'Home' page and 'News Archive' pages won't be too bogged down by long sections of text, allowing for faster browsing of the different news articles available.

The astute amongst you will have noticed that I mentioned 'News Archive' pages in that last paragraph. In an attempt to stop the 'Home' page getting too bogged down we've created a section exclusively for older news items. I'll create another post at some point in the near future explaining how to get the most out of that section of the site.

There's more? Yes that's right as hard as it is to believe there's yet another feature been added to the site. It's this feature that really makes me think we've been spoiling you. Do you think we are the coolest people since 'Mr Freeze'? (That's a terminator reference for the non-film buffs amongst you. - Ed). Do you think this Ed guy that keep's butting in during my news posts is a bit of a gimp? (Hey wait just one god darn second... - Ed) Regardless of what you think of our news posts you can now let us know by leaving a comment on them. I will take this moment to point that all comments will require moderation before appearing on the site. Have no fear though, given the extremely unlikely situation where we receive a negative comment (*gasp* - Ed) , it will still be let through, providing it is constructive and/or amusing and not just darn right insulting.

Anyhow, in the infamous words of Porky Pig, "Th, th, th, th, th,, th, th, thats all folks!" (For now. Stay tuned. - Ed).
